Brendan M and the entire Automatic Laundry team provided the best experience. I think the reviews below are incorrect. Automatic Laundry’s mobile payment app with Bluetooth has made my tenants so happy! It is so efficient and I can’t believe I did not do this sooner. The install team and customer service line were both very helpful, providing resolutions in less than 24 hours.

I have been doing business with Automatic Laundry since 2008, both purchasing and leasing equipment and the experience has been incredible. I have personally worked with Jason Trombino at Automatic Laundry on all of my accounts, not only has he been extremely responsive, his company and equipment speak for itself... I never needed a sales pitch, I called them and scheduled meetings to discuss the benefits that my Managed Associations could take advantage of and have never looked back from that point! We just completed another Laundry Facility Renovation for 70 units in Framingham, the community LOVES the new floor, lighting and brand new State of the Smart Card Washer & Dryers (picture to be loaded). The community had been used to the coin-op for the past 8-9 years, but the transition over the past few weeks to the smart card system has been smooth and I receive calls/emails almost daily from the residents stating how happy they are with the complete turnaround of the laundry room. They actually have pride for their community with the improvements that are being made, this one in particular couldn't of been done without the help from Jason T, Brendon M. & their team at Automatic Laundry. I manage a 180 unit Apartment complex. We switched over to Automatic Laundry about a year ago. From a management standpoint they have been excellent. The sales and installation experience was great and most important I have only gotten positive feedback from my residents. Couldn't be happier!

Our laundry room is always operating up to par for our residents, and their team is always responsive, pleasant, and helpful when we have concerns. Having worked with many other companies in NJ and NY, I would highly recommend.
Very professional, polite and accommodating. Very easy to work with. We had some issues with new equipment, but the service department has been very professional and resolved the issue in a timely manner. The Smart phone app is a great feature that our residents are very happy with. Overall, Automatic Laundry has been excellent and would recommend to others.
Automatic Laundry has been handling 20 condo associations for my company over the past 15 years. The machines work great and the company makes repairs in a timely fashion. Jason T. (my sales rep) is always available to help when needed. Highly recommended!
We have had wonderful service with Automatic Laundry! We were looking to purchase new laundry equipment and explore different options available to serve our residents. Automatic Laundry has been top notch from quoting our purchase of laundry machines right through installation along with discussing all options available to us. I highly recommend them.
If I could give zero stars, I 100% would. This is the worst laundry company ever. The customer service is horrible, their website is horribly disorganized and makes no sense. The dryer is horrible. It will literally BURN your clothes. The temp is SOOO high it burned a lot of clothes I put in there and it was the Low temp that I used.... just terrible.
