Trailers are nice, it’s quite and made me feel safe when I was home alone. The office lady Jen is a complete waste of space. Never received my deposit back, and I paid my last months rent but then they thought it was “okay” to put a negative on my credit report for 800 because “ I didn’t pay”, which even if I didn’t, I never got my deposit back. Never got a paper in the mail, nothing. I would like to be contacted as I tried contacting months back was told I was going to get a call back and never did. So, who’s covering for who????

It's a nice quiet place to live. Nice neighbors and good management. I'm not a fan of all the ridiculous rules such as no swimming pools, garages, and needing permission to breathe but strict rules keep out trouble makers.
Property manager is awesome, one of the greatest people I have ever met
