I work very long hours, and was looking for a companion to spend time with my Dad. I found Home Instead Senior Care after researching many places. My first impressions were very positive, but as time went on, my feelings began to change. The companions are wonderful, and my dad really enjoys the company. The office staff, however, is extremely uncompassionate. They are all about money and nothing else. I would not recommend this place at all!

Home Instead provided services for over 5 years to both my very demanding and cranky step-dad and mother. All the team at HI were unfailingly professional, helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring both to my parents as well as to me. I cannot thank them enough for the high quality care and attention they provided, which helped our whole family through some extremely challenging times.
