Very very VERY unprofessional. I was an employee at Learning Garden for a year. Everything was amazing absolutely LOVED the school. They closed the school down in March due to COVID 19. Opened back up in August. Someone in my niece daycare was tested positive for covid. Then I started feeling symptoms I let both Directors know that I was going to be going for a Covid test. They still let me work. They were not happy my doctor wouldn’t let me work until I had my results back. Once I got my results back they let me go for the summer camp saying that I was lying when I was not lying the owner even has ring outside she could of looked back at it. I told them I had a runny nose. They offered me a position back in September that I did not take Bc it was so Unprofessional by the Directors.. I just didn’t wanna work in a daycare like that anymore. I was told in the file they write why I was let go. I emailed and texted for a copy never got an answer. Then I texted about my W-2 form that I have not gotten yet still no answer. Witch to me is so sickening because I need that to fill out my taxes. Teachers in the school are amazing. Even the one Director was amazing it was the other Director who made the school so unprofessional even talking to the parents sometimes the things she would say to them was horrible.

My son went for about 5-6 years to that school. he did good in the first 18 month because he had a very good teacher but since she left he regress because the school bring teacher that left school that he left in past and they just got busy with behavior and they DID NOT teach him anything some teacher are not certified , they obsess with found raise ,too many trip so teacher will not have to teach kids in school, to many teachers leave the school, they most teachers are less than 5 years experience, they do not let outside teachers to come to the school, they do not want to listen to parents
