Antonio was early for the appointment. He was very professional in his approach. He quickly diagnosed the issue and shared with us the parts required to make the repair. The parts were quickly ordered and they came in a few days later. He came out this afternoon and quickly removed the defective power cord and replaced it with the new part. Works great. He was very efficient. If we have future appliance issues, Triple A Appliance will be our go to company. Thank you very much!

This company is HORRIBLE! They charged me 80 to come out to tell me to use a screwdriver to operate my washer. They wouldn't return my 80. They told me it's a service charge to fix absolutely nothing. I live 2 miles from the company.The customer service representative and manager are rude please read the reviews and comments. Run from this company. Read the BBB reports.

I don’t usually post anything but positives on any rating. Been using them for years. Had 2 appliances one working and one not. I guess they charge a service fee for both appliances ons top of the repairs and parts. Kind of hard to tell when people are talking through a mask. So was charged 450..00 plus to replace a part in a dyer and order a part for a refrigerator (that we found out later) was not able to be ordered. So I would have have the refrigerator alone as the repairman insisted it might need it but I didn’t care. But to really ice the cake the lady on the phone was so nasty when she explained what I guess I should have expected. Lost is customer service and a pleasant attitude. But who is left at this point.

Horrible customer service. They called me in morning and said tech was on his way. 1.5 hours later I called and they said he will be at least another hour. They then rescheduled for the next morning. The next day I had to call to hear them tell me tech will be out in afternoon. All after waiting 2 weeks for a common part. Only using them as the initial service charge is used towards part and repair. Will never use again after horrible customer service.

Servicr: Checking, cleaning coils, motor and other parts of 10 year old refrigerator. Also checked ice dispenser. All was good. (Yes!!!). Technician Kenny, was knowledgeable, professional, thorough and careful. He took out a lot of dust and also took a picture of the cleaned area and all was spotless. Thank you AAA Appliances and Kenny.
