I had a software glitch on my 2019 Q8 so I call Ryan my service advisor. He was awesome! He was able to get me in same day, set me up with a loaner and had the car back to me the next day. While it was in, he noticed a few other items that needed to be handled so he took care of those as well. I would recommend Ryan and the Audi service department to anyone. Purchased my used 2018 S3 here and have nothing but an exceptional experience. Ally my sales associate made the sale simple and easy, Ryan my service advisor always make sure he keeps his word and does everything he can to get my car delivered back to my home same day if possible, this location takes luxury customer service to the next level. They also have a great selection of bagels, muffins and cookies while you wait as well as a coffee machine.
Where do I start?? My first 2 Audis were a lease, but I decided to finance. Please ask for Chad Childs. He gave me an excellent service! He was able to get me a good deal on a 2017 Audi A3. He came through like a champ, it took a couple of days but he made it happen. I was thrilled with the deal & the car.
