What I have learned the most from the Spiritual Life Coaching course that has made the biggest impact on me is that I am supported by others. I have taken care of myself from being abandoned at a young age and I have always felt alone. Through the course, I was able to process my past wounds and let my guard down to be supported by all the ladies in the Limitless Cohort. I am still processing but I feel the feelings of hurt from the abandonment are leaving me and my trust in others is opening so much more. All the steps of the course were arranged perfectly for my highest good to be lighter and freer to assist others. This course with Sophie came at the right time for me to make the shift and change back into North America life. Living in Costa Rica for 7 years and being back in the US for 4 months, I just wanted to turn around and run back to my old life which felt safe and secure. I truly believe without going through this course I would still be stuck in the past, not creating and visioning for the new chapter in my life. I have always wanted more for myself and to be of more assistance other than just the bodywork and yoga instruction I give. The perfectly laid out coursework was a great guide and reminder to why I am here in this different geographical location living this different lifestyle. To make a difference in the world. Spirit is always my guide and she guided me to this amazing life-changing program. I am blessed!
Sophie has been my life coach since August 2017 and it was one of the best decisions in my life. I was very lost and didn't enjoy the route of going to therapy. She helped me grow as an individual, learn so much about myself and my own personal needs and also how to educate others on what your personal needs are. If anyone hates the way a therapy environment feels or having a person that tells you what you want to hear and not help you grow, then I highly recommend checking out Sophie as a life coach. She will help you create goals that will help you grow in life and in turn find your inner happiness. Sophie isn't just a life coach or someone you just talk to, she genuinely cares about what you say and remembers what you say. From my experience with her I am able to create goals on my own and I am in a very good place thanks to her. I will 110% recommend her to anyone and I thank her for everything that she has done to help me grow as a person.
Incredible program that I’m confident will propel you into your purpose. I found this program after resigning as a preschool teacher, and was looking for another job. In the midst of my job search, I immediately felt a shift..... a halt almost, and that’s when God spoke to my heart and said, “it’s not time for you to fill another position. It’s time for you to fulfill your purpose.” My passion has always been to help other process their pain and heal from emotional/mental/spiritual trauma. This is when I was introduced to Sophie’s program and knew that it was just what I needed. In going through the program, I found personal healing, and the tools to better equip others to process their old belief systems that are no longer working for them. Im thankful to have found such an empowering coaching program as well as a circle of other incredible women to do life with. FIVE STARS!
