The Doctor is good, but their billing department doesn't know how to file secondary claims with Medicare. Their office staff knows nothing about the insurance and rely on the billing company. They continue to collect a copay from me and refuse to file with Medicare so I can get my money back. I've lost over 200 in co-pays because their billing department refuses to bill Medicare on my behalf.

Terrible experience. Doctor Bashein was 35 minutes late to my appointment (I took time out of work to be there). He spent less than 5 minutes with me. He told me to google my condition instead of trying to explain it to me at all and then prescribed me medicine that cost 1500 even though I asked them to give me a reasonably priced medication. When I went to the pharmacy and found this out, I called them and the nurse Alex completely lies to me and told me there was a generic version on goodrx even though there is no generic version available. When I asked for an alternative solution they just told me I should go see another doctor. So basically I spent hundreds of dollars on a doctors visit for them to tell me they can’t help me and to go somewhere else. Completely unprofessional. They don’t care about their patients at all and didn’t try to help me at all.
Worst bedside manner!!!! VERY INSENSITIVE! UNPROFESSIONAL. RUN! FIND ANOTHER PHYSICIAN.
So disappointed went st marys hospital as emergency with my dad. Waiting almost day and half to speak with urologist and made it aware to staff. I was in bathroom 5 min he came in to check my dad and would not wait to speak with me when the nurse here expressed my concerns to him. My dad lies here with an infection and fever and I still have no results from anyone here
This Doctor cares about his patient's. He has a great bedside manner. He is easy to understand and takes his time to explain things.
