Concrete Designs refinished our pool patio. Everyone was professional and friendly. The job was done expeditiously once an appointment was made. We are quite satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend.

From the beginning they promised us one thing and we got something else. It’s been years of them coming back time after time for paint touch ups and to re-applying non-slip to it and charging us for it each time. Company does a lot of up selling, product is cheap and our pool deck is so slippery it makes it dangerous for our kids. The last time they came out in July 2019, they redid the nonslip (again) and they guaranteed their work for 2 years but it again is completely worn. I’ve been “on the calendar” they say for them to come out and it since July 2020 and they are dodging us. Just an awful experience all around.

This was my second time using this company. The first time they redid my Euro tile driveway and it came out pretty good. A year later I called them to do a paint touch up and reseal. The first time they did the paint touch up and reseal it rained immediately afterwards, nothing anyone can do about that. They came back and re did the work a few days later. I waited the recommended 7 days before driving on the driveway. After about 1 week the new paint and sealant would start coming up where my tires contacted it while pulling in my driveway. I called concrete designs and they came out to redo the work again. This process repeated about 5-6 times over the course of a year. Sometimes they would just redo one section and other times they would redo the whole driveway. They did all this extra work for free. It has now been over a year, they most recently came about 2-3 months ago and redid the driveway with a “new” product that was supposed to be stronger. It started peeling off about 2 weeks later. I tried to contact them but they have been unresponsive since then. They did try to make it right but were ultimately unsuccessful and wasted a lot of my time in the process. I would not use them again.
