I have used this location for over 2 years now, and not one complaint. I keep coming back because Jim and the crew he has working with him are always going above and beyond to make sure your rental needs have been met. Great place and the staff friendly and professional, even in the face of rude and nasty clients! I’ve witnessed some moments first hand and they’ve kept their composer. Keep up the amazing work guy!

Very quick service. I use enterprise for work so I find myself there often and each time I'm always treated with respect and my team is able to work functionally.
I rented a truck from this location. Due to bad weather I was unable to get to the store before it closed. Jim waited after hours to get me my truck and totally saved my day. I would have been completely screwed. I even offered him cash and he did not accept it. Top notch service. I also need to commend Nicholas who assisted me over the phone when I was having a minor issue (my fault) and also when I returned the truck. He was super polite as well.
Jim Trusdale at the Enterprise Truck Rental on Belvedere in West Palm Beach, Florida. is awesome. The trucks are always clean and maintenance and I've never had a any mechanical issues that hasn't been rectified promptly. When renting a truck, Jim has always come through in a prompt and professional manner.
