I received the worst service when calling to schedule an appointment today. The receptionist was rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Her bad attitude turned me off completely as she was the first person I spoke with. Some advice; hire people that actually like their job or are at least pretend to...

Dr Allen and his staff were not only knowledgeable they were very patient in explaining the results of my eye exams. They also took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures/treatments available to me for my condition. I also was examined by Dr Lutz who was also fabulous. Their office has all of the hi-tech state if the art equipment to ensure the best diagnosis possible. I will and have recommended them highly to others

I really don't know where to start with the high praises for Florida Vision Institute. I have been treated by the doctors and staff here and it warms my heart that they go above and beyond. I have been a patient for nearly 4 years. They listen, sincerely, and always take the best route. I have a complicated eye diagnosis and ONLY trust these doctors. If you have the chance to give them a try, you will never want to see anyone else--I promise. I wish more doctors were more like them. Medical school can't teach you to be courteous, kind, concerned, etc. You either have these characteristics or you don't. These two doctors exceed all expectations. Additionally, this office has the most courteous office staff that greet me by name when I call. Thanks so much. A

This was the second time I had an appointment with Florida Vision: but the first in Jupiter. I felt the Jupiter office (also, Palm Beach) was tremendously efficient. I was more than comfortable seeing a doctor for the first time and felt secure in the doctor as well as the assistants. Everyone was knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend this practice.
