I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY received a quote signed by the owner on which I indicated acceptance of work and payment terms, I signed, dated and returned this. The following day I called asking what he need from me in terms of a survey for the permit, which I then sent. Five weeks later I received another quote for 458 more. When I asked why I got another quote the owner said the cost of concrete is going up but his father (who sent the 2nd quote) said it was because I was too far from their base in Jupiter. This behavior is untrustworthy and not in line with good business practices.
