From sales, to customer service to AC maintenance and install- their entire crew was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Horacio Perez for your recommendations and your assistance with my brand new ac unit and resolving our ductwork dilemma. Horacio was a great honest person to work with. He wasn't like the other AC techs that tried to sell me on something we didn't need. He was always available for any questions or concerns. My new Lennox AC unit was installed by Jesus and Raynel. They were so efficient and thorough in their work. They even went the extra mile to make sure the new AC unit worked with the previous layout of the ac. Thank you Silvano for repairing the attic ductwork and sealing off everything correctly. As well as fixing my issue with the garage distribution box. Brandon made sure it was all running smoothly. You guys were all awesome! We had such a horrible experience with the builder-Pulte of our home in trying to get them to correct the problem caused by their vendor AC Preferred, that it was truly a blessing to actually deal with a company that was on point with everything. Wow... absolutely professional from day one. Install (which is so important) was incredible. Clean, very thorough and well done. Equipment (Lennox XC20) is almost unbelievable quiet. Highly recommend Kyzar
