Byron Sobalvarro took our money for a complete kitchen remodel in August 2020. It is now January 2021 and our kitchen is still left incomplete. One huge issue after another, workers quitting because they claim Byron never paid them for the work, wrong size cabinets installed, missing cabinet doors, broken floor tiles, countertops cut 3” shorter than the cabinets, the backsplash fell off the wall because they used the wrong adhesive, live electrical wires left out and on and on with issues. We still have cabinets left unfinished, and half the ones here are scratched up. We paid extra for the ceiling to be redone. That was also never fully completed. It has been a complete disaster. I have gotten excuse after excuse from Byron and have been more than patient with him to give him a chance to finish the job. Now he has stopped responding at all. Do NOT hire them unless you want your money stolen and to be left with a mess of a partially half a** done kitchen.
