Liv Lean has been a life changing eating experience! After working long hours and caring for two children, I come home exhausted. The last thing on my mind is cooking! I get to the gym when I have time (but that's not often). Liv Lean Meal Plans has offered me an affordable, yet healthier method to eating better daily and living cleaner through my diet. I have the convenience of door step delivery and the feel that I have an in house gourmet chef daily! I love the people, the food and the integrity behind the product. I am a \foodie\ and I was somewhat skeptical about signing up for a meal plan. I was under the false assumption that eating healthier meant I would have to give up flavor and decent sized portions of food. Liv Lean is both delicious and satisfying and you have to give a try!

Ive been eating this for a couple weeks now. FOOD IS DELICIOUS! Much better than all all the other competition out there. They even deliver it right to your door step! Makes life a lot easier. Would highly recommend you to try it out!
From the time and money I save on meal planning/calculating, grocery shopping, and meal prep to the healthy lifestyle I gain by eating nutritionally balanced meals regularly, their system really can't be beat. I think the best part is that the food is DELICIOUS and delivered right to my door. They have definitely made eating clean too easy! My coworkers are always jealous of my meals and friends try to steal mine after they try it! The staff is great and truly dedicated to your needs. When I wanted to change to better compliment my work out change, it was no problem. You MUST TRY!
Great food, very healthy and tasty. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the meals. When I started this plan I prepared myself to expect the food to taste bland and rubbery and just accept that it was nourishment for my body without gratification. To my surprise the meals are all gourmet creations with well-balanced flavors, which are nutritious but gratifying as well. Trust; I’m a foodie and have some of the unhealthiest but delicious eating habits. Livlean is a pleasant and appreciated surprise to my healthy eating and living life change commitment. Marsha
Great food and great service. There's always a great variety so you don't get bored. Excellent labeling of the food contents and calories so if you're counting calories/macros it makes it that much easier. One less thing for me to worry about and at the end of a hard day at work and training, it's nice to know I don't have to worry about my meals.
