We used this location to put hardwood floors in our home. The staff specifically Nick was very knowledgeable and willing to assist me every step of the way. He was very patient with all my questions and needs. We had an amazing experience with the work and the professionalism from everyone from delivery person to the installers. The installers demonstrated great craftsmanship. We have remodeled many houses in the past. Highly recommend this location.

I dealt with Sarah who is the store manager of this location. She made a lot of things really easy for me. She followed through, called me back when she said she would. I was even able to receive a refund for product I did not end up using. No hassles just pure professionalism. I would do business with this branch again. The people here understand customer service.
