I actually have a very good review. Miss Gayle, gave me a call back within minutes after I left a message asking her for information. She was nice and I was impressed at how fast I was responded to, I did not think it would be that fast. I was surprised enough to get on and make a review. She was very helpful and I got off the phone with all the information I needed. Thanks Miss Gayle and you were right.

They move pretty quickly. When I did the application process after being selected on the waiting list the staff that helped with the application and documents were very friendly and open. It took about 6 months to get in and approved for public housing. However, the CASE MANAGERS and PROPERTY MANAGERS they have, they could do a much better job at communicating. Most of the staff are nice but I think they have lots of improvements to make as far as communication.. in their eyes they cannot and don’t do any wrong, but that’s not the case. I have more to say but right now I said what I said.

Im on section 8 been calling emailing calling leaving msges with other workers just because i can not get a hold of my worker ive been homeless with my 4 kids all because im waiting on an inspection ive called so many times and nothing so no there not pretty fast ive neva in my life heard of sum one having section 8 and being homeless honestly ridiculous

I have had no success dealing with the Palm Beach Housing Authority. I worked and paid taxes for many years and now that I need help there is none. I will be homeless in 2 weeks
