It’s unfortunate that I had a broken pipe on the side of my house for one year wasting over 100,000 gallons of water. You would think that Palm Beach Water would text, send a letter or call letting me know that there’s a constant flow of water coming from somewhere inside or outside my home. This information is quickly accessible by the Palm Beach water staff. I am extremely disappointed in how they would allow over 100, 000 gallons of water be wasted. Instead they just collected additional money each month never notifying me of this constant “avoidable” water usage. As my bill was slowly increasing each month, I finally called. When I brought this to there attention, they basically told me it was my responsibility to check my bill and call. I am not interested in a credit or refund (which by the way they never offered). I am interested in you putting policies in place to notify your customers to avoid situations like this in the future. Shame on you for stating that you help conserve water. I sincerely hope you reconsider changing your policy.

Very polite peaple but there protocol when your late or past due is childish, they make it a cash payment and in person, they should accept any kind of payment it 2020 please .

The worse. They will charge you 125 fee . The reason they charge me that fee is cause I entered 1 wrong number paying my account. Then tell me the payment didn't go thru but charge me 125 the next month for security fee cause of the payment not going thru

Most of the people that works there have an attitude. They do not provide an answer to your questions. They transfer you from one department to the other. The workers are unprofessional. I wish there was other companies to compete with them so they can improve and value the concept of good customer service
