We recently took delivery of our new trailer. During the purchase process our salesman Bob was extremely knowledgeable about the different campers and helped us to choose the right camper. After the sale and taking delivery of the unit, we got to work with their most awesome service department. For any question that we had they would answer enthusiastically and make sure that we completely understood. The service department helped us research, order, and install some modifications to the trailer such as our generator platform and completed them in a very timely manner. After our first trip (Shakedown trip) we had a minor repair and of course some more questions. We arrived at the service department when they opened on a busy Monday morning and they took us right in and had our camper repaired and questions answered in less than an hour without having an appointment. Kudo's to the sales and service department at Palm Beach RV.

Been working with their parts and service department and they have been fantastic. Had a broken toilet and one of the service tech came out to my truck to try to repair it. Ended up buying a new one but their efforts and concerns to get me fixed up was very admirable and appreciated. When the time come to trade my RV, I'll go their first... and I'm from New Jersey.

We were driving by and stopped in to see if the service department would be able to help us with a hitch we had installed from another dealer on the other side of the state. We needed our weight distribution hitch to be adjusted to a new vehicle. They happily fit us in right then even though they usually do not do this if it was not their hitch. They were super helpful and very nice. We appreciate them so much and when we are ready to get a new RV it will be from this place. We absolutely appreciated the professional service.

The buying process was a breeze! Before picking it up and signing all necessary papers, they detailed the RV inside and out. It was absolutely spotless. We inspected the RV with an informative and friendly employee who patiently walked us through all of the features and functions. They made sure we felt comfortable before driving off the lot. The orientation and buying process took a total of 2 hours! (I wish car dealers were the same!) After signing, we received some complimentary gifts to maintain our RV, coffee mugs, and a 30 gift card to use in their store! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ask for Keith! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Palm Beach RV is family owned, caring and very professional.
