1 month ago My experiance was horrible. Myicia Hawkins at 1100 greenpine blvd in the PCV 2 office is the daughter of the head HOA member and has No consequences for her actions she is by far the worst property manager. RUDE when she desides to pick up the phone does not responds to messages in a timely fashion and she leaves the office before closing time. I have decided not to buy a home here based on her actions i will not pay for horrible service.

This is one of the worst places to live. The HOA manager Steve Dookhantie has no people skills regarding the people who live in the neighborhoods. He constantly has harassed my family with notices on our house about complaints made by neighbors, but really the complaints were made by him. There is a man in the neighborhood that has been registered as a rapist/ sex offender, which is against the HOA policy and school policy, which I found out after I moved in. He also drives by on his golf cart numerous hours of the day looking into peoples homes and walking into backyards. I have come home to my gate opened twice to him walking around my backyard. I asked him to leave before I called the police for truss-passing, but he has done it time again after this. He had my car towed because it was parked over night in the wrong spot. Numerous cars are always parked at the foreclosed homes which don't belong there. Multiple people have holes in their garage windows, fences are torn down, the maintenance of this neighborhood is complete going down the drain. The HOA does not keep their end of the bargain on keeping all homes up to date, they only bother the people that actually live here not worrying about the foreclosed homes. I personally wanted to buy my home after renting, but I wouldn't consider it until Steve Dookhantie has been removed from the HOA, and someone new who wants to keep the houses clean and updated is in office. Please consider looking into whether this man is still apart of the community staff before moving in, otherwise you will end up spending a lot more money than expected to live in a neighborhood that isn't kept well.
