This Quest location was clean, quick & efficiant. The phlebotomist.was very skilled. Unlike the nasty Quest on Congress Av.

The worst customer care experience ever. The front desk person was very rude, not helpful, very bothered by the duties that she had to do. Wasn’t able to get my labs done because of 0 support from front desk. 0 customer care 0 respect 0 interest in offering solutions At the end I asked for a contact to offer a feedback about my interaction with the front desk and she wrote me an invalid number on a piece of paper. I dont know if this is the level in general at Quest Diagnostics or it’s just a remote situation but based on my experience and othwr online reviews I would not advise you to go there!

Staff is unprofessional. They are rude. The charge in your credit card even do you have health insurance. They are not truthful people. You can tell that the lady that work there which did not want to disclose her name; should go to work in another field that she may feel more happy to deal with public. Very slow service as well. The site said walk-in and is not true. They were rude rude

Allison was a fantastic phlebotomist. She knew that I was nervous and talked to me the whole time. I had to give her a hug because she was so fantastic. I was in and out before I knew it. It’s unfortunate that the phlebotomists also have to run the front desk. I think it causes some undue stress on staff.
