REG Origins The firm was originally established nearly 25 years ago with the forming of a father & son Architectural team, Rick and Ricardo Gonzalez, as principals of the firm. Together, this team has over 76 years combined experience. Today the firm has a team concept in place with Rick Gonzalez overseeing the firm’s six departments: operations, finance, interiors, design, production and construction. Team Approach Growth of the firm has occurred due to the talent and professionalism of our dedicated staff. Services range from commercial building design to residential floor plan design. Site and model building, building construction observation, field reporting and feasibility studies. Further, project marketing and 3D SketchUp design have become design staple products to help sell design projects for our clients. These services have required the addition of a business partner, management support and architectural staff. The firm now currently employs a total of 22 employees.
