I can't say how great these people are. They are thoughtful and want to help. I didn't even buy anything! I just asked for advice. I had a broken lamp and wasn't sure how to fix it. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they pointed me to an inexpensive solution and even took the time to walk me through it when we exchanged text messages while I was repairing it. Fantasic customer service!
Couldn’t even get someone to acknowledge that I was standing at the counter......3 employees stood there and continued their conversation as if I wasn’t even there..... after 5 minutes of this, I just left.
