So relaxing. The environment was perfect. Never felt so relaxed. Was able to have champagne in the salt room, for added relaxation. Perfect for a ladies spa day.

As a licensed massage therapist, I was paid 10 an hour (incredibly low for a therapist that has dedicated a lot of time and energy into becoming licensed in this field) because this facility is run on “Groupon”. I was tipped very poorly- regardless of how great the service was (sometimes no tip at all.) I received my first paycheck very late. I never received a second paycheck after quitting when I was supposed to. I made less than 200 for giving over 20 massages. (Doesn’t even add up... not to mention, 20 hours of strenuous activity. Wow.) Guest water is from the sink and sometimes fruit would be left in it for multiple days before discarding. Some very kind hearted staff working here in all honesty... but unfair pay for hard working therapists. Not ok. Uncomfortable experience.

By far the best massage I’ve ever had, and the best thing to do while on vacation at the Embassy Suites hotel in West Palm Beach. You pick the type of massage you want, pick the oil you’d like to be massaged with, and the staff will take care of the rest. I had the pleasure of having Jennifer give me a hot stone massage. Well worth it. Any muscle tension, and emotional distress, anything at all and she will massage it away. I am very, very satisfied beyond words on how my experience at Soundarya Spa today, and I would definitely come back for another massage during my next vacation. If you’re a guest at the Embassy Suites in West Palm Beach then you absolutely have to treat yourself at Soundarya Spa. You will fall in love, I guarantee it!!!

There's some things you need to know before calling or setting foot in this place. There's ONE, only one person you need to avoid. I have no idea why she's working in a service business but I suspect she's either the owner or has some relationship to the owner. Everyone else, the staff, the other receptionist, all of them are great! Just if you get the one salty "I hate life and have an attitude to go with it' woman ignore her. Or even better just ask that you deal with someone else. If the company reads this, whoever that woman is never let her work the front. Let a masseuse run it if you have to but keep her OFF your front desk, she's not the 'face' you want for your company. Now for the experience: My god mom and I had an absolute blast yesterday. We got the couple's massage and our guys were great, listened to our needs, were affable and gave us exactly what we wanted. The photo is of their oil bar, while you're filling out paperwork you can look over the different options of body oil and chose the one that smells the best to you. Little personal touches like that are A. Hope this place flourishes.

I’ve been there several times now and love the atmosphere and the massages! The owner has always been very helpful and informative, as well accommodating! I always ask for Cody and get a great full body massage and the foot massage that goes along with it, is the best I’ve ever had! At Christmas time they had great cyber Monday specials and I got everyone in my family a couples massage. We will all be going back!

From the moment I stepped in to this space, I felt the calmness and relaxation vibration. I enjoyed a wonderful hot tea; experienced The Salt Room and it was amazing, and my massage was exactly what I needed. The staff are professional, attentive, and caring. What a perfect place to feel welcomed and pampered!

The only good thing about my experience there was Corey. He was very pleasant and did a good job with the massage. The things I did not like were that the Spa was difficult to find and when I called several times for help with directions, nobody picked up. When I arrived, there was someone sitting at the desk. So I was already annoyed by the time I got there. I wish we were offered options for soundtrack because I would have preferred to hear relaxing nature sounds than soft love songs, and the tracks kept glitching. Also, the mandatory 44 tip did not sit well with me. Especially since my experience wasn’t all that great. And whatever it was that they offered us in a glass to drink was absolutely putrid. It was room temperature and tasted of spoiled fruit water, gross!
