I was a patient back in end of October and starting November of 2020 and I just want to say that they took very special care of me. I had an Acute Appendicitis, and I am a children and I think it that everyone there was very nice and was making sure I was comfortable. When I arrived at the ER with my mom, they were very helpful, and got straight to work on finding what I had. I especially want to thank Dr.Stone for removing my raptured appendix, along with the whole staff. And after the surgery, in those 2 weeks they made sure I was not worried of everything happening. For example they would bring me activities to do, or join zoom meetings with other children at the hospital for Halloween, and we would paint and do many fun activities together. So I really want to thank every single one of them for putting their time in helping me feel better, and for having a fun recovery at the same time. And they also are very attending with the precautions for COVID-19 and keeping us safe. Again I am very thankful for everything, Thank you so much!!!!!

Very sloppy. Came here for the pedetric care unit only. It's mostly busy, but it is unfortunately the closet hospital besides JFK. This is biohazard waste in a general waste bin.

I was a patient March 2020. Motorcycle Accident with Traumatic brain injury, facial laceration and broken wrist. I am so grateful for the trauma hawk and hospital physicians and staff. Once i woke up i was treated with the upmost respect and the service i received was great. Yeah I know i sound like a story book but it was just that good. The first time i looked at myself, i was off the vent, my head was big, i had no hair and my arm was in a wrap. I look like a train wreck, so i can imagine what I look like coming in. I heard near death. The staff did a wonderful job and was so patient with me. Kudos to the Doctors, Nurse and Physical Therapy, OT and ST. I was able to walk out of the hospital 2 days shy of a month later. Yes I walked and I looked better. Not great but better. You should see me now. Just an FYI, i am a health care worker but not working for this facility, so I know it takes caring people to make you say what i just did. Much Love to All of You and God Bless. FYI thanks for keeping my son up on my prognosis often. My friends and family was very appreciative.
