Your website is painstakingly slow. It takes forever to do anything on the website or app. It wont accept my rewards coupons. Guess ill be doing my kids holiday shopping elsewhere

Apparently you only get greeted if you're Hispanic or white. Whoever was in charge of the store the time I went in, followed me around by pretending to organize items that were obviously ALREADY folded. I don't get the vibe of 'we do not want you here' from the Wellington store at all. Even though this location is closest to my residence, I will NOT be going back.

I went to the Outlet Mall store for a return and I literally was in line for 20 minutes. That place was crazy and it was only 2 cashier's ringing people up. They never called for back up help,and not 1 time did they say sorry for the wait we will be with u soon. They kept the same place as if no one was waiting. They have the worst customer service and the people working there. The company needs to stress that customer service is the key to keep people coming back. I for one won't be going back cause I feel things could have been better. Hopefully this will reach corporate and it will be better for the ones that continue to come to there store and shop.

I recently shopped here for my son's back to school and they were great. The supervisor, Shafray, went to the back several times to look for my child's size. The cashier Jordan was very patience with me especially given the store was crowded.
