Great customer service! Ordered a pair of shoes off the web store and when they arrived I had ordered a half size too big and when I emailed them about it they immediately gave me a call back to discuss exchanging it and reassured me I'd get the size I needed. Looking forward to getting the new pair. Will most likely look for other stuff off their web site in the future too.

Awesome shop. Customer service was on point, I was looking for a specific deck and hit them up on instagram. They got right back to me, answered all my questions, found what I was looking for, and had it in the mail the next day. Package arrived the day after that. There's a lot of shops that are great in person but haven't quite mastered the \selling online\ part of the modern skate shop game. Holistic definitely has.
