UPDATE 2/21/2018: I'm a believer again. Kevin A. and Mark M. contacted me and personally stopped by to make things right. Thanks guys! 2/16/2018: Culligan as a brand and even Reynolds H20 may have been around for a long time, but the current office team on Greenleaf Street in Allentown leave a lot to be desired. I haven't dealt with people with such an indifferent attitude in a long time. Having been a customer with them for 20 years, you'd think that they would be accommodating helping out with a leak caused by a faulty rubber O-ring. First they want to send a tech out at 126/hr, to \diagnose\ the problem. I had already told them what the problem was! Then I decided to stop by the \office\ and just get the part and install it myself (Caveat Emptor: EVERYTHING from Culligan is proprietary and unique to Culligan). It literally took 3.5 minutes to disconnect the leaking adapter and remove the rubber O ring. When I arrived at the office, I was told that they don't keep spare parts at their location, everything is on the service truck!?!? Come back tomorrow morning and we'll have the O rings for you. Back the next morning at 8:15am. They then have the audacity to charge 4 for 1 (one) O ring, a total of 13 with tax. Plus they were the WRONG parts. I said thanks for wasting my time. I went to plumbing supply house 0.7 miles form their location and bought 8 (yes 8!) rubber O rings for 4.24 ... Reynolds is not to be trusted. Ask a lot of questions before you hand this outfit your money.
