Great besides their receptionist. She needs to learn to try to smile more and have a better personality and attitude.

Phone receptionist is extremely rude and has been calling me every single day to schedule appointments that I told her I didn't need a few weeks ago already. Don't try to correct her on the phone, she'll get cocky and snap at you. Definitely consider scheduling elsewhere.
