They sell really great bikes that are fun to ride. Their repair work and tuning services are of top quality. I recommend “Sayville Bike Works” to all of my friends and family. This neighborhood bicycle store is a MUST for any Trek bike enthusiast and even a great place to go if you aren’t quite sure what kind of bike you are specifically looking for, they will give you the information you need to have you happily riding the perfect bike for your needs and budget. This bike shop is owned and operated by the most friendly and knowledgeable people. (Jeff and his son Mike) It is completely worthwhile to come here for any of your biking needs, especially in a day and age when supporting your local bike shop has never been a more important endeavor.

I purchased a Tuesday cruiser for my wife's birthday. It was purchased during the pandemic. Great experience with the staff over the phone and eventually at the shop to pick up the bike. Very happy with the shop and the bike.

The owner Jeff is nice enough... but when the part he ordered (and assured me would fit my bike) doesn't fit he tried to make me keep the part and not refund me my money. I convince him that I'm not going to keep a part that doesn't fit so he begrudgingly gives me a refund if I cover the return shipping. He then calls me a few days later with a 40 estimate on shipping to and from the store (this is a 4\ x 8\ rectangular box with the part mind you). But I realized fighting with someone that does business like this is not worth it so I accepted the 40 shipping charge. I would recommend being very cautious when ordering parts through them.
