We had a very positive experience with this company. We worked with Brian who is very knowledgeable and was able to put together the order to have a customized manual wheelchair built for my husband. He was very quick to return any of our phone calls and answered all of our questions. He also took the time to double check some of the features and specs on the chair with us before the order went through to have it built.
