I just bought my third car from Transitowne Kia. I continue to go back not only for the exception quality of vehicle but also for the outstanding sales department. I feel like the sales team does a great job of offering good prices while not being pushy. My last experience was just as good as my first two. I walked into the dealership on Saturday morning and met Blake, a salesman. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and how much I was looking to pay. I was honest with him that I have been looking around and had some good options. He spoke to his finance manager, came back with a competitive offer. I gave myself 24 hours to decide. Left Blake a voicemail Sunday evening & Monday morning he reached out. I decided I wanted that beautiful 2020 Telluride and made my deposit over the phone (these SUV's are in high demand and selling fast) so he began the process before I even came in, saving time with paperwork and called my insurance company for me. Transitowne Kia was a pleasure to work with! They made my experience easy, fast, and fun! Blake was really cool, I recommend working with him!

My experience at Transitowne Kia was excellent. The communication was exceptional. I received multiple follow up messages and ultimately we reached an agreement through this open communication. I found the experience with the managers to be excellent. I did find thatCovid restrictions left me leaving the dealership having to figure out my new car on my own due to limitations on my salesman getting in and showing me the features. The oil change program is what ultimately pushed my decision to Transitowne.

My buying experience was great. I left with a car that I love and had all the bells and whistles that I wanted. I worked with Anne on my purchase and she was awesome! She really worked hard to help get the best car for me! I have already recommended two people to head to Transittowne Kia when buying a car. Low miles and great price. Started off with leasing a few years ago with them and decied to buy. The Fiance manager Kyle was great and remember me from 3 and a half years ago when I started my lease! No complaints or concerns and I know If I had them they would be in top of it. They truly want to make you happy
