I had my 7 and 10-year-old grandkids at the lake for some socially-distanced fun for several days. We wanted to take a bike ride and I chose this (1785 W Lake Blvd, Tahoe City, CA 96145) location because of its proximity to a specific portion of the bike trail. I could not have been more pleased with my choice. The shop was run very well and safely with all of the employees wearing masks and physically distancing. No one is allowed in the shop but is assisted via a window outside. I wasn’t sure what set up to get for my 7-year-old grandson because he is still on training wheels. Graham helped us out and he spent a good 20 minutes with us trying out different options before we settled on a bike trailer for my grandson to be pulled in. He also made sure my granddaughter was happy with her bike choice. Seats and helmets adjusted, etc. Recommendations on which stretch of the bike trail to take. Graham was kind, funny, and patient. All the employees were very professional and friendly. The cost was a good value also. I will definitely go back and recommend West Shore Sports for recreational rentals. Thank you Graham and West Shore staff for making my first biking experience at Lake Tahoe with my grandkids wonderful!
Had a great time biking Along the Truckee River path. Great service, info, and recommendations from Jed! Be sure to ask for him
Great bikes, priced right, close to a relaxing bike trail & park and the service was amazing. The folks there helped guide us really well and find the best bikes for each of us, adults and kids. Definitely going back next time we are in town.
Great, friendly service. Quality bikes and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
