I arrived at 9:20am (opens at 8am) for a COVID test (Symptoms: fever/cough for one day) and there was no line for check in. I figured I came at a good time and after filling out check-in paperwork and supplying them my insurance card and license to hold onto I went out to wait in my truck. I was never informed of the approximate wait time so I figured it would be reasonable. HOWEVER, after waiting patiently until 12:45pm I went in to check in when I felt my fever was worsening. I was then told I have about another 3 hours to go. They gave me my license back so I could go home for the remainder of wait. When I got home my temp was 103.5 . I reloaded Tylenol and waited another 3 hours before I returned as discussed at 3:45pm. Since the phone number the website has doesn’t work, I went in to check again and was told I have 8 people in front of me. It has now 5:00pm and I’m still waiting in a mostly empty parking lot. SUGGESTIONS: Lack of communication toward wait time initially was first mistake. After waiting 7 hours now there is no way that they didn’t know the wait time was close to this. ALWAYS provide an approximate wait time so people can adjust their day accordingly. ALSO, if the wait time is more than two hours, don’t take license away. Make a copy. Glad I didn’t have a seizure while waiting in my truck as my temp climbed to a dangerous level after Tylenol wore off. My first test from here was 2 weeks ago and they did let me know the approximate wait time was 8 hours so they gave me my license and told me to wait at home for call back around that time. Much better experience that time and can’t beat 15 minute results on an accurate test. Maybe it depends who is working that day, but still unacceptable. We get your busy every day, but tighten up on the little things I mentioned PLEASE!

unbelievable, just got back from vacation and wanted to get tested, They told me no multiple times! I need a negative to get back to work! I even offered to pay any price. She still said no. Now i’m stuck trying to find another place! very inconvenient and very disappointed

After an hour of waiting, I go in to see how long its going to be. They inform me that they haven't even registered me yet and that it will be another hour to hour and a half wait to be seen. Two hours later, I am informed that it will the typical wait is 4-6 hours.

My 75 year old father went to this facility on Saturday 2/20/2021 after he had fallen on ice. He was sent for x ays on Main St in Springfield. He was not notified about his results even after attempting to call on Monday and Tuesday. His primary care provider had to get the results and he has 4 broken ribs that are displaced! This should not happen where a positve xray result is not given quickly. I've attempted to call to talk to the Office manage but the mailbox is full. This is unacceptable.

It was okay and quick, the staff were good but the nurse who did the swab to me was not welcoming, i think.
