First time car buyer. Got a used BMW and walked out couldn’t be happier. Customer service is good as they will treat you as a family. Thanks Barbara. Will buy my future vehicle here. Update: I went back 3 times not even a week since I bought my car. The reverse light keep failing due to water leak. I told them give me a call back but never heard from him (I’m still in warranty period). Now my tail light is filled with water leak and my reverse light stopped working. Update 2: Returning to get my vehicle tire replace and this time I got nothing other than Great customer service from Dmitriy.

I got a very convienant appointment for an oil change and a radio malfunction on my Lexus Es and the staff here was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and Demetrius reached out to me with the costs and updates before extra repairs were done He was great!
