Lack of concern for patients and patients family's time. My elderly grandma had an 11:00 appointment. Obviously, eye surgery required someone to drive her home so here I've been sitting in a cold car for well over an hour. At 11:30 she was still sitting in the waiting room. Now 12:15 and still waiting in a secondary waiting room. Absolutely unacccceptable. Doctor is in knowledgeable and the only reason we will continue to be a patient.

Dr. Jessica van looveren is absolutely a phenomenal doctor. She does a great job with her eye examinations. She also has wonderful, wonderful, wonderful bedside manners.

first time with mi son in eye doctor, reception people really nice but the doctor John was in a bad a day , he bad super rude with a 3 year old boy, need undertand they are kids. be professional ,you dont like job , go home. i hope learn to deal with kids .

Not sympathetic to vision degrading myodesopsia. People complain about floaters all the time but when they are at a severity where they severely impact your everyday life to the point where you alter your life around them then treatment should be discussed. I was dismissed and at the young age of 27 my life is ruined because of these black cobwebs, dots, and can no longer function properly during the day. Further examination and sympathy along with consideration of treatment or investigation was all I wanted.
