They personally reached out to me on facebook. I told them I was seeking 16 an hour and they told me to look elsewhere. Any healthcare company compensating their employees under 15 an hour is not a good business to work for. There is many healthcare agencies around the area that will pay employees. I asked for that, and because of this they will not even give me a chance for an interview. Alot of caregivers keep telling me that this place is a terrible place to work for Now I can see why.

Waste of time agency . You might as well have 3 other jobs if you decide to work for them . No professional whatsoever. Everyone talks about everyone . The aides are full of drama and care about drama more then the clients. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME .
