Trust your instincts! The last water systems servicing company didn't know our system or understand it. They shouldn't have worked on it but they did. They then gave us an estimate for shy of 6k to replace certain components. I couldn't get an explanation that made sense to me. After a frustrated outburst from them I said my goodbyes and found John. So happy! Just paid him under 200 to fix it. John will be our go to guy from now on!

John was out at my house last night to service my water softener. He patiently explained everything to me about my softener while he efficiently worked on it. He changed all the filters, and lubed the pistons in the head. I'm very grateful for his expertise, now I feel like I have a good understanding of how the softener works. Thanks, John & Pavel!
