Called in to ask for a youth XS custom shirt, even though it wasn’t listed, but of course Ruggers came through. This place is the best, awesome customer service from people who know the game. Great quality gear - I’ve been purchasing from them for almost 15 years and I’ve never not been completely satisfied. Shop here first for your gear.

Great selection. Received my order within days and quality of items was excellent. My only complaint was that the items were gifts for my son and unfortunately he was the one that got the package from the mail and on the package (very visible) it says “Your Rugby Gear is here”. So much for a surprise!
Nice customer service, i had a pair of boots that were defective ended up getting them exchanged. The lady that took care of me was really nice. The shop itself has a good amount of practice jerseys, shorts, jackets, and boots. When I went the door was locked but I just called the business line and the lady unlocked the door for me.
Is there an option to give more than 5 stars? 1. Great selection, where else could I find a Mexico rugby jersey? 2. AMAZING customer services, they emailed me notifying me that this jersey fit tight, I quickly switched my order to an XL. Thanks to Kristin from customer service, I was able to selected the perfect size. 3. Fast delivery, I live across the country and my jersey got here in just a few days.
I showed up at 9:00, as both the website and phone number state that is when the store opens. I sat outside until 9:30 waiting for someone to show up, called twice and never got through to anyone. Not sure if they are still open.
