I have been going to this location for many years, every time I am welcomed with fast and friendly service, I am always looking for jewelry and other things MERCY, the sales lady is always very knowledgeable and very helpful on everything, if you do decide to go to this location ask for her, not to say that everyone else is not helpful, or just as good. I've just always worked with her.

Couple weeks ago, within the transition into the new year, I stopped by this Pawn America location. Possibly the only Pawn America that I will do business with. I am a watch collector and I got hit hard during the pandemic. Don't need to get in the details, but it hurt. I have over 70 time pieces in my collection that I love and cherish, however I have to size down by half. Anyways, I stopped to sell a few time pieces, then I was greeted by a gentleman named Roy. His customer service is more than extraordinary and my expectations were beyond met. Roy is the only guy I will see and do business with. I cannot wait to do business with him again and I am looking forward to our next set of conversations. Roy is knowledgeable towards watches and many, many, other subjects as well. I had some oddball vintage and rare time pieces. He was able to dig deep into the internet/ database just so we could agree on pricing and payment. The negotiation process was quick and simple. I was more than pleased to make the agreements. Again, Pawn America, Roy is possibly one of best human beings I have met in such a long time. He is friendly, kind, caring, and he's the man! Thanks for a great experience.

Ok pawn shop...some of the music gear is really over priced, but pawn America does that a lot.
