Petco has competitive pricing and a wide selection. Staff have always been courteous and helpful. My dog went to puppy playtime and has been enrolled in training classes. He is signed up for vital care which is great since he needs a nail trim every 3 weeks. Grooming staff are awesome with handling him, as he gets a little grumpy sometimes.We are regulars here, and most of the staff recognizes my dog by sight if not by name. It can be hard to get ahold of the store via phone and the parking lot is a little small. Be prepared to be flexible with dates when taking training classes.

The prices at this place are OUTRAGEOUS! And they are consistently out of the products I need, so I have spend about twice as much as I should on second choice, sub-par products. 8 for small frozen feeders? I could buy two adult live ones for that at a real pet store. Add on top of that the employees lie to your face when you know better and grooming is never open, there's just no reason to ever go back...
I think employees need to be trained on customer service.. not all of them are bad. But it sucks when you want to purchase a pet bird, have 5 people walk by you and none of them ask if you need assistance. Absurd!!
Dustin, the dog trainer at this location is an awesome trainer and is great at what he does. He will take training your dog as serious as if it was his own dog. Any and all negative behaviors in your dog can be fixed with Dustin's help, he is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anybody.
