Love five guys so much. They are so nice and accommodating for people with allergies. I have a gluten allergy and I told them that and the lady taking our order made sure they changed their gloves so my food wasn't contaminated. They even put it in a separate bag from the rest of my families food.

My brother in law took me here for my first time, he bragged about how great their burgers and fries were. He wasn't wrong the Bacon Cheeseburger I had was enormous, juicy, loaded with the works and my tastebuds did a happy dance. I also had the Cajun fries which were spicy and plentiful. I plan on going back again when I'm in West Valley City again since there isn't one where I live. If you haven't tried their burgers then this is a must try, you won't be disappointed.
Burgers good with grease and all the fats. Fries were fresh, but salty so make sure you ask for less salt which they can make. Place was clean and has good social distance implimented for covid.
Horrible customer service.. so bad that I literally just left the restaurant 10 minutes ago. I ordered online and went in at the pick up time. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after my pick up time for ONE burger and ONE shake because they didn’t even start making my burger until after I said I was there to pick it up. They made my shake and it was sitting there for so long it melted. They didn’t even give me a straw for it! People that came in after I got there for my ONLINE order got their food first. One of the main reasons I hate getting food from Five Guys is because it takes so damn long! Absolutely no urgency from the crew to fulfill the orders of the filled lobby. Horrible..
I can take my dad, he will eat the food. We get the smallest burger, and small fries to share and it is made how we want it! Plus there isn't any waste or leftovers.
