I’ve had way too many issues to count over my 3 years with them. Way overpriced as well. We pay almost 100 a month just for 150 mbps, and our new verizon plan is only 80 a month for 800 mbps with streaming services included as well. Really excited to switch back to Verizon and never deal with this again.

I called in advance to make sure they accepted equipment at the location I just went to which is the corporate location on 9 James P Murphy Highway industrial park or whatever the hell it is. get there is a security guard in the lobby yeah they don't accept equipment it's just a corporate location. I called the number listed in advance to ensure that they accepted equipment there I was assured they did. Bottom line they don't accept equipment there.

was approached by a sales rep at a retail store to change from Verizon to Cox Communications, got an actual contract/service agreement with price quote, we changed to cox, and cox did not honor our contract quote, spoke with customer service supervisor named Jerome 3/5/18 and was rude and said cant do anything, your out of luck! Nice..Also I am trying to reach out to Jay Allbaugh Sr. VP in RI Warwick office, cant reach him! Very dissatisfied, just wanted to pay what I was quoted in my contract. Bad Business Practice....Consumer fraud
