Release is a beautiful retreat. I feel like I’m on vacation when I go there, which is often! The facility is clean, spacious, and beautiful. They do the most excellent job of following COVid guidelines so everyone feels comfortable and safe. The fitness and yoga instructors are ALL the best!!! They are very experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and motivational. The staff really care about their clients and I’ve always experienced wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Release for daily fitness & well-being and for those special spa services! I have had excellent massage therapists. Can’t say enough good things about Release !

Beautiful atmosphere and one of the best places to get a massage. The prices are decent, the building and amenities are nice. The Bliss area is nice, was disappointed that there was no where to put your feet up, no loungers. The furniture inside the Bliss area is outdoor furniture that is not the most relaxing to sit in, you almost feel uncomfortable in the bliss common area because there isn’t a real spot to get away from everyone that is private. A lot of eyes just starting at each other. The massages are top notch and almost like going to a chiropractor. The outdoor hot tub is nice, the eucalyptus steam room is great, gets extremely hot and clears your pours. The sauna is there to dry everything off and they salt room is nice, but again I wish there was some sort of lounge seating in these rooms. Would recommend for a group of people to go for the day and mingle. Not the best for couples, not as relaxing due to the fact the common area is noisy at times with everyone in there and there isn’t spots to get away from large groups of people. Would go back for the massage, not bliss.

Not impressed. I’ve heard so many great things about this place. For my birthday I asked my husband to take me here. We made appointments for a deep tissue massage (for him) and a CBD enhanced for me. Afterwards we booked the salt and light room. Checking in was fine. Front desk staff weren’t anything special. Clean locker rooms. I won’t mention my massage therapists name because I thought she was definitely very nice. But not the right one for me. She was almost too “zen”. Also confused on what kind of massage she gave me because it felt more like physical therapy and stretching than a massage. (I’ve had professional massages before. Never have I had anyone move my extremities the way she did. ) The treatment room was also freezing. I couldn’t seem to get warm. 140 to be stretched was not what I was looking for. After our massages my husband and I were to meet in the salt room. Welll.. poor communication because his masseuse brought him to the locker room to shower and change while I sat in an unsalted salt room for 10minutes. Nobody even offered to turn it on after we realized the miscommunication. So after being freezing and frustrated we left. My husband said he had a good massage. But we won’t be going back.

A relaxed father-son afternoon well spent at Release well-being center enjoying a quiet conversation in the bliss tub, moments of silence in the Himalayan salt room, and a yummy snack in the cafe!
