If you want someone who follows directions, don’t go to Netch. I love this salon and have been going for years and when I came in for a blowout she began curling my hair....and then to top it off I came in 2 weeks prior and was charged 25 appropriately for a wash and dry and she charged me 45 on my shoulder length hair. Love this salon but avoid her.
The service was stellar and the atmosphere was positive. Loved that the manager/owner was present and involved. Can't wait to go back for my follow up!
First hair salon I've been to in this state. It was such a nice experience. Netch did a fantastic job and has a pleasant personality. The studio was very neat and they had great protocol to keep everyone healthy. Their price was fair for a female hair cut and it turned out great. Will surely come back.
My son was killed a week prior to my appointment, and I wanted so badlyto have a complete overthrow of my hair. I was scared of course because I wanted to look so good for the funeral within one hour I looked like a different person and I was so happy!!!! The staff is so professional and incredibly good at what they dothey are also compassionate about personal situations, and that is what a real hair salon is all about️
