People were fine for the most part but I was scheduled and then charged without my confirmation. I did get an email but it got lost and I didn't see anything on my phone from them either. I always carry my phone so I am not hard to reach. I do not appreciate people setting appointments for me without my confirmation and then charging me for said appointments along with a missed fee. I don't care if messages and emails are sent. Unless someone gives you an explicit \yes\ don't make the appointments for them. I'm not saying that the therapists are bad but I am saying that the billing policies seem to be made to get money from you and then try to cover for the company on a technicality. \You got an email. you must have known\. BS. Unless someone gives you s definite \yes\ there is no appointment.
