So I came here for laser hair removal for under my chin, it has been something that's plagued me for years and I was finally ready to be rid of it. I came in with no knowledge of the treatment, the results, or the process. I purchased 5 treatments, and got one free when I paid upfront. I wasn't told until my third visit that it wouldn't remove \all\ the hair but only the dark ones. Something I wish I had asked about before dropping 700 on this. I also wish they had told me that sooner; but in their defense, I probably wouldn't have booked with them if they did. At the last treatment, she recommended I see her friend who does electrolysis (for much cheaper) to get the remaining hairs.. I wish I could post a before and after picture for you to see... there was SOME hair removed.. but still a SIGNIFICANT amount of hair left under my chin. Onward to electrolysis. The staff were friendly, flexible, helpful, and made sure I was comfortable. But, please give more information to your patients..I felt jipped

I am so pleased with and grateful for the treatment I have received from Vitalize. Dr. Nawab is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to educate me and answer any questions I have about my skin and the procedures I am interested in. The results have been literally life-altering for me- I am halfway through a series of 6 Fraxel treatments for severe acne scarring, and I can already see significant changes in my face, as well as in my confidence. The treatments themselves can be a bit painful, but Dr. Nawab takes the time to listen to my input about the previous treatments, examines the results, and alters her treatment plan accordingly for each session. The clinic itself is clean and bright, and very comfortable. She gives me a true and honest clinical opinion of how she can best help me, and I never feel pressured to buy any product or treatment. I am excited to see the results after the entire series!
This is my first time doing any laser treatment, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I finished my 2nd of 3 spider vein removal sessions and the results for me are very satisfying. It has made the larger clusters fade significantly and be less noticeable. The smaller veins have all but disappeared. I am very happy with the outcome so far and can not wait for my final treatment. Maybe I'll even wear shorts this coming Summer (something that I've never done). Dr. Nawab is fantastic. She takes the time to understand her clients goals and answers ALL questions. Her professionalism and ease are comforting when discussing options and during the treatments. Pam, the Receptionist, is friendly, professional and welcoming. She is very much a people person and it shows. She has a great personality and I like talking with her. If you are thinking about having any treatments done, THIS IS DEFINITELY THE CENTER you want to go to. I am a very cautious person and feel that I have made the correct choice.
They are truly awesome and knowledgeable. Dr. Nawab always makes you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend them and will be coming back for my lip fillers and facial again!
Went in for a series of three Fraxel laser treatments. I was happy to find a super helpful and informative staff that guided me through the process, and three months after the final treatment I’m delighted with the results, and absolutely recommend Vitalize MD.
