Buying from Bassett Yacht & Boat sales felt like one of the safest things I could do. My wife told me we had to go with Diane because she was the first person she trusted, after a long exhaustive search for the right boat and dealing with numerous salespeople. Little did we know we would find the right boat company in the process. We love our Monterey, and the excellent customer service from Bassett. They got us off to a great start in my return to boating. We look forward to a long continued relationship, and an upgrade or two to come.

Have spent the last 5 years or so speaking with boat dealers at the Providence boat show and the Boston boat show. Diane Bassett by far was the most professional and respectful dealer I spoke with. She was very attentive to my concerns and made me feel good about my purchase. Anytime something I needed answered, Diane always responded in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Diane and her team to anyone looking to make a boat purchase. Since I purchased my boat (295sy Monterey), so many people/boaters have been so impressed with its design. I have also taking a few of them for a ride, and they told me that this boat rides very smooth (unsolicited comments) , which made me feel even better with this investment/purchase.

We had such a great experience with Diane and her team at Bassett. Buying late in the season, we were anxious to get on the water and they went out of their way to make that happen. They even delivered our new Monterey M4 to our home late on a Friday so we could be out on the water that weekend. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process and am looking forward to having them care for and service our boat for as long as we own it!
