Jack, Tom, and the team of professionals were exceptional as they recently replaced our 35 year boiler and installed a new ductless heat/AC unit in a newly renovated space in our home. Pennywise technicians and management have always been extremely responsive over the past 10 years we've used them for routine maintenance, emergency fix situations or new installations. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They Were so Rude on the phone to a family who has been through so much struggle in the past few months. I will never use their company or recommend them. They claim we have a leak in our oil tank, after 1 month of holding a white styrofoam lid under the tank and 3 plumbers looking at it, there is no leak. They refused to deliver to get us through the weekend storm, and followed it with a very rude \you had a month to deal with it\, like money grows on trees for a new tank. I strongly advise never using this company due to the pure principal of human decency

Jack and the team at Pennywise are top notch. Jack consulted closely with me throughout the process of selecting/spec'ing the right equipment. We installed a mitsubishi heat/ac system with three zones at our house on the shoreline here in OS. His advice was always valuable and on-target. He was very flexible when it came to getting the system installed in time for the weather and his installation team are very professional. Can't say enough good things about the group there at Pennywise. No hesitation: hire them!
