From start to finish jason delivered EXACTLY what was promised and more! Everything was of the highest quality. Punctuality was perfect. His people were friendly, accommodating, the stairway is gorgeous and perfect! I cannot say enough good things about R. C. Henderson as a company as well as Jason and Arty. We had a very tight schedule and not only did they accommodate our schedule but when things changed, they went the extra mile to help us so that things could be done on time! There is no one else to use for a stairway in your new or existing home! If every contractor was as great as RC Henderson, everyone’s renovation would be sooooo easy!

They installed a railing at my home in November and the entire process was amazing. My wife and I met with Artie at their showroom and he was super helpful and great to work with. The install went without issue and the company they recommended for the finishing (Marko's Wood Finishing) was amazing. We wanted to have the railing match our existing dining room table and it was spot on. I highly recommend both companies!
Contacted them several times about getting an estimate. After hearing excuses for weeks about bad front end help they finally sent someone out for measurements. Once the measurements were taken, I was told I'd hear back within a few days. After waiting going on 2 weeks I called and emailed for a follow up and surprise, surprise - they must have bad field technicians too. As a business owner myself, I sympathize with finding good employees but at some point leadership needs to take responsibility. I had a lot of old timer builders tell me this is the place they used to go to. Businesses need to keep up with change; I would not recommend them now.
